in 2010 Jeppe founded Evil Twin Brewing as a nomadic brewery in Denmark. In 2012 Jeppe along with his family moved to New York City. Evil Twin quickly grew and no exports to over 35 countries around the world and 35 states across US. In 2019 Jeppe and his partner and wife Maria opened their first permanent brewery and tap room in Ridgewood, Queens. Less than 2 years later in 2021 they expanded with a taproom in Brooklyn.

In 2022 Jeppe and his family moved to California to expand their business to the West Coast.
